The Acting Inspector-General of Police, Mr Adamu Mohammed, will on Tuesday appear before the Senate to address the chamber on the spate of killings, kidnappings, and banditry across Nigeria.
President of the Senate, Bukola Saraki, made the announcement at the plenary on Tuesday.
The upper chamber of the National Assembly had last week summoned the police boss over the spate of insecurity across the country.
