Fatimah holds a Bachelor's degree from Obafemi Awolowo University and an MBA from the University of Ilorin. She further refined her expertise in strategic communications at the International School of Communications, UAE, and holds numerous certifications in digital marketing, public relations, and media strategy.

She is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), a registered member of the Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria (ARCON), and a member of Women in Management, Business and Public Service (WIMBIZ).
