Senate President, Bagudu, Others Pay Condolence Visit to Sen. Wamakko

President of the Senate, Senator Ahmad Lawan, Sardaunan Bade this Monday led a powerful delegation to Sokoto to condole with Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko, Senator Representing Sokoto Central on the death of his daughter, Hajiya Sa’adiya who passed away Thursday night as a result of childbirth complication at Usman Danfodio University Teaching Hospital, Sokoto.

Other members of the delegation include Yobe State Governor, Mai Mala Buni Chairman APC Caretaker/Extraordinary National Convention Committee and Chairman Progressives Governors’ Forum Senator Abubakar Atiku Bagudu.

The rest are Senate Leader, Yahaya Abdullahi Mallamawan Kabi, Senator Bala Ibn Na’Allah Sarkin Shanun Zuru, Hon. Usman Balkore former Member National Assembly and a businessman Alhaji Auwal Lawal Gombe prayed Allah to grant the deceased eternal rest her parents and husband fortitude to bear the loss.

 

The Senate President said he was in Sokoto, Gawon Nama Area, Resident of Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko to on behalf of the entire Senate to commiserate with one of the most active, committed, courageous, good leader, a true Nigerian Sen. Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko who contributed immensely to the development of not Sokoto State, Northern Nigeria but the entire country.

He urged Senator to absorb the unfortunate incidence with grace and faith in Allah by praying fervently for the repose of her soul.
Speaking Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko thanked the Senate President and the members of the entourage for travelling to his state to commiserate with him and entire family. He prayed Allah to reward them with Aljannah Firdausi.

Late Sa’adiya died at the age of 23. May her gentle soul rest in perfect peace.
